Do you need your transcripts sent?  Parchment is our new online request process.  Click here to learn how.

High School Transcript and/or Immunization Record requests can be done at the Main Office between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.  – except during summer hours.  Please complete a Transcript Request Form and submit the $5 processing fee (check or cash only).   Prior year graduates – this $5 fee pertains to you.  Current graduates (within the last year) the fee is waived.

For non-residents you are welcome to submit the transcript request form.  Please remember to enclose your $5 fee so that we may process your request.

TRANSCRIPT IMMUNIZATION REQUEST

Please keep in mind that the Public Schools did not keep Immunization Records prior to 1992.  Transcripts from 2003 to the present include the Immunization Records on the Transcript itself.  If you have questions regarding Transcripts/Immunization Records please contact Patsy Althof at 406.324.2212 or email her at palthof@helenaschools.org.
