Remember that every player MUST have physical BEFORE the first practice.
Each athlete MUST have a completed physical form and signed concussion form before they can start practice. Bring the completed forms the first day. All required forms can be found on the Activities Home Page as well as the HHS Main Office. The cost is $70 for the first sport which includes the required activity ticket.
First Practice Day: Monday August 14, 2017. We will meet at 7:00 am at Helena Middle School in the main parking lot. Runners must have a physical completed along with the concussion form. You can find these on the MHSA webpage or in the main office of Helena High.
Parent Meeting: Monday, August 14th at 6 pm at Helena Middle School – on the outside bleachers.
First Meet: Tuesday August 29, 2017 at Fairmont Hot Springs
In order to compete in the first meet, the runner needs to have 10 days of practice in according to the MHSA.
The first week of practice we will meet every day at 7:00 am at Helena Middle School and on Tuesday and Thursday we will also meet in the evening. Time to be announced. We will meet on that first Saturday at the Mount Helena Parking Lot at 8:00 am for a run.
Team pictures will be taken on Thursday, August 17 at 7:00 a.m. during the morning practice (tentatively).
