Monday – Students will take notes on the Next Generation Science Standard, Engaging in Argument with Evidence. Student will write observations and inferences from a paleontology dig.
Tuesday – Students will read a current event and complete an activity with the article they choose to read.
Wednesday – Students will take the Aspire Test, which is a practice ACT test for college entrance.
Thursday – Students will share their current event. Then students will study for the Nature of Science Test.
Friday – Nature of Science Test, Pre-test Hydrology.

Wednesday – Students wrote notes from teacher presentation on faulting and started a fault model.
Thursday – Students completed the fault model and analyzed the features associated with the model.
Friday – Student will investigate earthquakes using a Earthquake Prediction Model.
