Earth Science Week-at-a-Glance for Monday, March 11th 2019

Science Circus is this Friday (6-9 pm) and Saturday (11-3 pm). Students are able to present their project for extra credit either of those days.
Students will be working on project this week.

Friday – Present Science Circus Project to Class

The Polar Vortex has met the Pineapple Express creating an amazing snow storm with extremely cold temperatures. Now that is a Natural Phenomenon.

Monday – “The Secrets of Our Solar System” Film
Tuesday – Read “Astronomers push the edges of final frontier, find farthest galaxy,” annotate and take two-column notes.
Wednesday – Discuss article, then write summary of article.
Thursday – Period of Orbit Lab
Friday – Period of Orbit Lab Write-up and apply to planets.
