I am very excited about this school year! This is my second year at Helena High School and I am looking forward to spending more time with the great students here at HHS. We have started our last unit for Semester 1! We are studying Meteorology until January 15th. This unit will include a few labs, notes, and a group presentation at the end in place of a test.

This unit will look at what is the difference between weather and climate, what makes weather and how is it forecast. Additionally the unit will have a group presentation which includes students researching a type of severe weather and teaching the class about it in place of a written test.
This will be a multiple choice mid-unit quiz because there will not be an end of unit quiz after Winter Break.
