Hello everyone and welcome to online school!

This is new for all of us so please be patient with me as I try and figure out all these new platforms that we are now using. My communication with the students will be in Clever.com and then into TEAMS. I will put the assignments on the TEAMS app as we working the next days 7 days. Lets hope they can get a handle on this virus and we will all be back at school soon.

Welcome to my web page.   I have been teaching or coaching in the Helena School District since 1980. I teach Freshman Physical Education and Sophomore Physical Education at Helena High. My teaching adventure started at the elementary level for one year and then led me to a job at the high school level and Helena High.  I have been coaching for 35 years and am still enjoying it.  I have coached girls gymnastics, girls track and field and girls cross country at the high school level. I also coached a little in middle school volleyball, track and field and cross country along with running a summer gymnastics program for ages 5 – 12.

Physical Education Requirements for Graduation

Human Performance / Health

A student must have 2 credits of Human Performance and Health Enhancement to graduate: Two (2) semesters of Freshmen Human Performance, one (1) semester of Sophomore Human Performance and one (1) semester of Health Enhancement. No student may enroll in both required Human Performance (Freshman and Sophomore) classes at the same time. A student must have successfully completed (passed) both semesters of Human Performance classes in order to enroll in an elective class. A student must have successfully completed (passed) both Freshman and Sophomore Human Performances classes in order to enroll in the Life Time Sports Class.
