Beginning March 19th we will begin online classes at HHS. Students will access all classes through their Clever page. I will be posting all PE work through Microsoft Teams.
Freshman Weight Training
Online office hours M-W-F 8:00-10:00 AM – Weekly agenda posted Friday by 3 PM – Work due the following Thursday by noon. These hours and times are subject to change dependent on length of school closure. Please feel free to email me at any time, firstname.lastname@example.org
Online office hours M-F 8:00-9:00 AM. I would like you to continue with some sort of daily workout. There will be no written work at this time. This is subject to change dependent on the length of the school closure. I will post training and conditioning information on our Teams page and would like you to engage by commenting on the information. If you have access to weights I have attached the workout format we were using in class prior to the school closure. Please feel free to email me at anytime, email@example.com
