There are a lot of options available to high school graduates, including going to a 2 or 4-year college, joining the military, starting an apprenticeship in a skilled trade, joining the workforce, AmeriCorps, and more.

College Planning

Visit the College Planning page to see what schools will be visiting HHS, to view a schedule of college fairs and other events, learn about financial aid, see the scholarship list, and more. We have a FAFSA completion event, and College Application Week in the fall of each school year. You can also download some tracking documents to help you manage your school and scholarship applications.

Resources for Parents

Trades and Apprenticeships

Registered apprenticeship training includes both supervised on-the-job training through real work experience and related technical instruction in the classroom. Apprentices are paid during their training, a unique “earn while you learn” model. Business, Labor, Education and Government work in cooperation to deliver structured, progressive instruction programs designed to develop high-quality, skilled and employable workers.
