The Bengal BBQ Club will promote the history and culinary skills of BBQ and BBQ competitions.  Students will learn about regional BBQ styles, spice blends, sauce types and how to cook BBQ, as well as skills used in BBQ Competitions across the United States.

One goal would be to create our own Helena High Smoker and competition team.
