Registration Materials

Registration materials for the 2025-26 academic year are updated below. Current students will receive materials in English 3, Biology, and World Culture classes beginning in February. 

HMS 8th graders will receive materials at HMS on March 3rd. All other 8th grade students may pick up materials in the HHS main office beginning February 10th.  Materials will also be provided at the parent night on Monday, March 3rd at 6 PM in the HHS Gym.

Tour of HHS: 8th grade students are welcome to join a supervised tour of our school.

Attention families: Some of our registration paperwork can be found below. Please scroll all the way down to see the list of items needed to enroll your student.  In order to complete the registration process, you will need to first reach out to your student’s school counselor. Contact information can be found below.  Please include the following information in the email to your student’s school counselor:

  • Full name of your student
  • Student’s grade level for 2025-26 academic year
  • Any specific concerns or requests

Please note that during our school summer closure, our enrollment process may take a bit longer than it normally would as we are not able to access all materials at this time. Thank you for your patience.

Registration Forms

If you are attempting to enroll, your first step is to visit the HHS Counseling Center. See required enrollment paperwork listed below.

Required enrollment paperwork:

  1. Proof of age through a certified birth certificate.
  2. Proof of current residence, e.g. rental agreement, tax statement and/or utility bill.
  3. Helena School District registration form (new students), including important emergency contact numbers.
  4. Helena High Registration Form
  5. Health History Form
  6. MHSA Form
  7. Records Request Form
  8. Immunization records

Additional forms may be required depending on living arrangements.
