If you are attempting to enroll, your first step is to visit the HHS Counseling Center. See required enrollment paperwork listed below.

  • This form needs to accompany the Out-of-District application.

  • This form is to be used if you live outside of the Helena School District boundary but would like your student to attend a school in Helena.
• In-district Transfer
  • This form is to be used if you would like to transfer your student to a school outside of your neighborhood boundary.

Required enrollment paperwork:

1. Proof of age through a certified birth certificate.
2. Proof of current residence, e.g. rental agreement, tax statement and/or utility bill.
3. Helena School District registration form (new students), including important emergency contact numbers.
4. Helena High Registration Form
5. Health History Form
6. MHSA Form
7. Records Request Form
8. Immunization records
